I Am My Own Revolution

with Lena Moxon

This is where you decide.

Not where you restart.

You’ve done the challenges. You’ve followed the trends. You’ve done the short bursts of "motivation" that don't stick. You aren't here for a reset, you’re here to raise the standard.

Revolution is high performance strength and boxing for women who want intensity without the burnout. It’s about power without the chaos, and a structure that actually respects your nervous system.

You aren't starting from scratch. You’re building from experience.

The 5-Week Immersion

Sunday mornings at Geelong Boxing Club.

  • 5 x 8:30am Sunday Sessions: High-level strength training, boxing, mobility, and breathwork. This is "intelligent intensity" designed for real capacity, not aesthetic theatre.

  • Weekly Integration: Private prompts delivered to your inbox. Not homework, but sharp reflections to help you stop over-functioning and start moving with intention.

  • A Different Culture: Small group. No ego. No competition. Just women who are done shrinking.

  3. The Commitment: You’ll mark the dates and start showing up like a woman who no longer negotiates with herself.

The Fine Print

Revolution is a small, intentional container with limited spots. It is an in person experience; you need to be in Geelong (or willing to travel) to participate.

Because of the limited capacity, refunds are not offered once we begin. This isn't a "try it and see" program. It’s a commitment.

We stand behind this: If you show up and do the work, you will move better, feel stronger, and leave clearer than you arrived.

Stop becoming someone new. Remember who sets the standard.
