This isnât about becoming a boxing expert. Itâs about becoming the steady rhythm your child can return to.
When regulation feels impossible, this course gives you a way in through movement, repetition, and relationship.
-
Even if you've never boxed before
-
Even if your child has big feelings or finds it hard to talk
-
Even if you're short on time or space (you only need a few meters!)
-
Even if you're feeling disconnected right now
Youâll start with just one combo. One moment. One round.
And thatâs enough to begin building something real.
This online program meets you where you are and helps you grow together.
Offer your child a way to feel powerful, understood, and held without awkward chats or the pressure to explain feelings they donât yet have words for.
