What a Session Looks Like

Each session is structured, calm and purposeful:

  • Warm-up and mobility

  • Boxing pad work focused on rhythm, balance and breathing

  • Simple footwork and coordination

  • Light strength work as appropriate

  • A guided cool-down

You’ll leave feeling worked, steady and clear — not overwhelmed.
