A 5 Week Sunday Immersion
Geelong Boxing Club | North Geelong
Strength. Boxing. Nervous system work. Weekly private reflection prompts. Real training. No performance. No comparison.
This is for three kinds of women.
The one who's exhausted. You've been running on adrenaline and obligation for so long that hard physical training sounds like one more thing to survive. It's not. This is where you stop surviving and start building.
The one who's already capable. You know you can go harder. You want a program that doesn't talk down to you, gives you progressive structure, and pushes you to find out what you're actually made of.
The one who's stuck. You know something needs to shift. You're not sure if it's physical, mental, or both. It's both. That's exactly what this addresses.
If you saw yourself in any of those ...keep reading.

Each session runs the same structure:
- Nervous system calibration to start
- Progressive strength training
- Boxing intervals into high heart rate zones
- Structured recovery
- Grounding before you leave
You will lift heavy. You will work hard. You will be coached to breathe properly under load and recover intelligently - not white knuckle your way through and crash on Monday.
Alongside Sundays, you receive a private weekly email prompt. Not content. Not a newsletter. A single focused question for reflection and honest recalibration — at your own pace, in your own time.
No aesthetic tracking.
No comparison culture.
No performative empowerment.
Just capacity.

You're ready for this if:
You want structured strength progression, not random workouts
You want to train hard without burning yourself out doing it
You want to understand your nervous system, not fight it
You're in perimenopause or midlife and done with programs that ignore that
You value an environment where women work hard and leave each other alone to do it
You don't need to be fit to start. You need to be willing to be honest.

Just women raising their own standards and respecting each other while they do it.
🎧 The Soundtrack
Yes, there will be nostalgic 2000s tracks.
Because power can be serious without being heavy.
And sometimes a perfectly timed throwback changes everything.

Lena Moxon is an educator, mental health practitioner, and owner of Geelong Boxing Club.
She built this program because she kept seeing the same thing: women who were strong, capable, and chronically undertrained — not for lack of effort, but because most programs either pushed too hard without care, or cared too much without pushing.
This program does both. Evidence-informed strength and conditioning, delivered with the kind of understanding that only comes from lived experience.
No trends. No reinvention narrative. No pressure to become someone new.
Just a structured, honest program to help you access what was already there.
