Created and delivered by Lena Moxon, educator, mental health practitioner, and owner of Geelong Boxing Club, this is not about starting over or chasing a new version of yourself. It is about rebuilding from the inside out, with structure, intensity, and nervous system awareness that respects your stage of life.
