Join us for a 60 minute boxing session designed for one adult and one child (ages 8–15) to train together in a supportive, strengths based environment.

Please note that each child attending will need an adult dedicated to them for the session - there cannot be one adult attending with two children as each child needs their own special partner/pad holder throughout the session.

A: This session is for one adult and one child, aged 8–15 years. It’s perfect for dads, grandfathers, stepdads, uncles or any special adult who wants to connect through movement.
Q: Do we need any boxing experience?
A: Not at all! This session is designed for beginners and is all about having fun, learning something new, and spending quality time together.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: It’s $45 total for one adult and one child, not per person. Everything is included in this price.
Q: What’s included in the session?
A: A 60 minute, hands on boxing session with experienced coaches Lena and Steve Moxon. You’ll learn basic pad holding and boxing skills in a supportive, strengths based environment.
Q: Do we need to bring any equipment?
A: No need! All equipment is provided. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
